To receive the fiscal invoice and the participation diploma for the Congress, you must create an INDIVIDUAL account. Additionally, please ensure that you carefully enter your email address and professional title.
Important! You must not pay more than one fee per account; otherwise, you will not be able to receive the participation diploma. If you are a SRIM 2025 member, you must register using the same email address associated with your SRIM account.
ATTENTION! It is essential to correctly enter your Unique Medical Identification Code (CUIM), as this ensures that the EMC points obtained during the event are recognized by the Romanian College of Physicians (CMR). Without this identifier, your participation diploma will not be included in the College’s database. The Unique Medical Identification Code can be found on the Certificate of Free Practice issued by CMR, as indicated in the image below.
