CAREFUL! It is very important to fill in the Unique identification number of medical practice correctly because in this way the EMC points obtained during the events will be recognized by the CMR. In the absence of this identifier, the participation Certificate will not be found in the College's database. The Unique identification number of medical practice can be found on the Certificate of Free Practice issued by CMR, in the position shown in the image below.
