ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The official language of the event is Romanian, while the text on projected images (slides) must be in English.
Titles and abstracts must be submitted directly through the platform www.congres-srim.ro, after creating an individual user account. To submit, access the “Abstracts” button from your account.
The deadline for submitting or modifying abstracts is July 31, 2025.
IMPORTANT: The presenting author must be registered for the Congress and have paid the participation fee.
Formatting Requirements:
- The abstract must be written in Romanian.
- Submission must be in a Word document, using Times New Roman, font size 11, single-spaced.
- Maximum length: 1,500 characters.
- Include: Title, authors (underline the presenting author), affiliation (clinic or medical institution).
- Contact details: Phone number and email address of the presenting author.
If the abstract has multiple authors, please list all authors in the abstract text.
It is mandatory for the presenting author to be registered for the Congress and to have paid the participation fee.
The event will be accredited with EMC and OAMGMAMR points.
Information regarding the electronic format for poster session submissions will be emailed to the selected authors.
