Cancellation and Refund Policy
PARTICIPATION FEES
The participation fee does not include Value Added Tax (VAT).
The participation fee varies for each participant depending on their professional category and the membership status obtained in the ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF RADIOLOGY AND MEDICAL IMAGING ASSOCIATION.
The participation fee is payable exclusively through the online payment platform.
SRIMR reserves the right to limit participants to a single purchase of the participation fee per email address.
EVENT ACCESS
Upon payment of the participation fee and completion of the registration form on the website https://congres-srim.ro, the participant will receive a confirmation of registration by email.
If the participant does not complete the registration form, they may be considered not registered and will not receive access details to the platform or access to the event on-site.
Information regarding event access will be sent to participants at least 24 hours before the event starts.
PARTICIPATION FEE REFUND POLICY
Participants (individuals and/or legal entities) have the right to cancel their registration up to 15 calendar days before the event date (until September 10, 2025) for which the fee was paid, regardless of the chosen payment method.
If the cancellation request is made after the mentioned deadline, the paid fee will no longer be refunded.
Refund requests must be made in writing to the email address [email protected]. The participant should include their full name, the event name for which the participation fee was paid, the purchase date, and the amount paid.
In the case of a refund, SRIM will reimburse the amount via the same payment method used for the purchase.
SRIM will refund all payments received from the participant within 30-45 calendar days from the receipt of the written refund request from the participant.
The participation fee is non-refundable if it is subject to sponsorship or a voucher/prize.
The participation fee is non-refundable if the participant did not attend the event location.
SRIM reserves the right to make changes to the event program, sometimes beyond its control. Such changes do not entitle participants to request a refund of the participation fee.
The transfer of participation fees to others is prohibited regardless of the purpose (profit, commercial gain, etc.).
Also, the participation fee will be fully refunded if:
- The event is canceled by SRIM;
- The event is postponed/rescheduled to a later date by SRIM.
In both cases, SRIM undertakes to announce on the website https://CONGRES-SRIM.RO and through communication channels (newsletter, social media channels, etc.) the method of refunding the participation fee.
